A. Yes. We would encourage anyone with an idea that would be beneficial to submit a suggestion via the Feature Request page. This will then be reviewed by the Product team and a decision will be made on the request being included within the Verne Product.
Q. Who should I contact if I have questions around the product?
A. The first point of contact for any questions around the Verne Product should either be your Project Team or if your registry is now in production, your assigned Client Support Specialist. Should the issue turn out to be Core Product related, then these teams will consult with the product team to answer any queries you may have.
Q. How often are Verne Product releases made available?
A. Releases happen usually quarterly however if a patch is required for a specific reason, these will be made available and these may fall outside the quarterly release cycle.
Q. Where can I find information on new developments coming in the Verne Product?
A. The details of items that are currently being developed for the Verne Product can be found within The Road Map. Any dates that are displayed as delivery are only indicative and may change due to a number of reasons.
