If you have Manager access, there are a couple of additional options that you will have, to help provide you with more control and a clearer picture of the overall status.

The first additional area you will have is the ability to Assign a Magellan License for someone within your team. This option has been restricted to Client Managers as each client has paid for a specific amount of licenses and this will ensure they are allocated correctly.
When raising a request to Assign a Magellan License, simply add in the name and email of the person who requires the license and click on the Submit Request button.

If a license needs to be transferred from one user to another one, then please use the same screen, providing the name of the current license holder, and who that license should be transferred to, along with the effective date of the change.
The second additional item on your home menu gives the manager the ability to see all open tickets that have been raised. As you can see by the screenshot below, tickets raised by anyone associated with the account are visible.
