Mobile is one of the channels Verne uses to communicate with its users. The primary purpose is to inform customers of the outcome of a specific process or to remind about an action that needs to be taken.
Messages can be sent using services including:
- a text message using the SMS service of a mobile service operator.
- an instant message using applications, such as Whatsapp, Viber, IM.
Mobile communication settings
Mobile communication settings are captured in a mobile communication template that is predefined in Verne for every mobile communication. Below is the description of the most important settings and how communication manager interpreted them:
