Mobile is one of the channels Verne uses to communicate with its users. The primary purpose is to inform customers of the outcome of a specific process or to remind about an action that needs to be taken.

Messages can be sent using services including:

  • a text message using the SMS service of a mobile service operator.
  • an instant message using applications, such as Whatsapp, Viber, IM.
