As referred to in the Introduction section, it is important to appreciate the distinction between the Verne Product Suite and the Project-specific configuration information that defines the Project-specific register solution.
The Verne – Catalyst Cloud Solution comprises the run-time engine, specific Product components such as Security and Payments and These elements include all implicit functionality that is presented to the end-user once a configured, Project-specific solution is implemented. The Core Product Suite handles elements such as the Dashboard, User access and authorisation, Task Management, Workflow Management, Communications Management and User Interface presentation and management.
The Project-specific configuration is a set of structured configuration data that the Core Product Suite ‘consumes’ and subsequently realises to the end-user, using those functional elements referred to in the previous paragraph.
Accordingly, this Policy applies to the Support and Maintenance of the Core Product Suite of software, which is present and common in all implemented instances of Verne.
