The Recipients list describes a set of business rules that determine who receives a specific communication. Separate recipient lists are created for different communication channels. Recipients lists are referenced in the communications templates instead of describing and repeating all of those rules directly in each template.

Email Recipient Lists
Presenter
- If Presenter is an External individual user, then email will be generated to the email address specified in the user’s account set up.
- If Presenter is an External organisation user, then email will be generated to the email address specified in the organisation’s account set up.
- If Presenter is an Internal User selecting Presenter Type = Person with Paper Form on the Presenter Details screen, then:
- If the Presenter email address is provided on the Presenter Details screen, emails will be sent to the specified presenter’s email address. Alternatively, the email will be sent to the email address associated with the internal user who filed on behalf.
- If Presenter is an Internal User selecting Presenter Type = Registrar on the Presenter Details screen, then no email will be sent.
Entity relationship
Individual users and organisations with an active entity relationship of any type:
- For individual user entity relationship – use email address associated with the user profile.
- For organisation entity relationship – use email address associated with the organisation.
Company contact
The current email address of the company recorded on the Addresses tab.

Use this email address for production environments: compliance@registry.com
Alert Recipient Lists
Entity relationship
Those users and organisations that have relationship with the entity will see its alerts.
Internal alert
A user who has permission to access private and internal entity data.

Individual users and organisations with an active entity relationship of any type:
- For individual user entity relationship – use mobile phone associated with the user profile.
- For organisation entity relationship – use mobile phone associated with the organisation.
Company contact
Current mobile number of the company recorded in the contacts.
