Introduction
This document defines Foster Moore’s policy with regards to the release, support and maintenance of the Verne Product Suite. It identifies the lifecycle of the Releases that are made available to Clients and the lifecycle of Product components that are available for implementation.
Further, it describes the Release classification applicable to the Verne Product Suite, identifying the States that a major Release or a Product component progresses through during its lifecycle. Within these States, this document defines Foster Moore’s policy with regards to its applicable support commitments.
It is to be noted that this Policy applies to the support and maintenance of the Verne Product Suite (as defined in the Glossary of Terms), rather than a specific configured, implemented Client solution, which may be subject to a separate, complementary Application Support and Maintenance Policy. Such policies are typically negotiated between Foster Moore and the Client at implementation time.
