Logging In
The URL you are provided with will take you to your portal login page.
Click on the Login button – either the one on the main page or the one in the top right-hand corner.
Your login will always be prefixed with fostermoore\ so as you enter it it should look like
fostermoore[add your username here]
Add your user name and password and then click login.
Once logged in your will land on a screen with a number of options. We will now go through each of those options to show what they look like and what should be logged in them.
If you have been given enhanced access to see all tickets raised by members of your team, you will see the following screen, with the addition of;
Request a Magellen License
Show Australian Tax Office (ATO) current tickets
These are the home screens, and if you select the home button from any of the other screens, it will take you back here.
