User Management

User Management provides the security to identify, authenticate and authorise access to Verne. It caters for internal users (staff who work in the registry office) and external users (members of the public with a declared interest in one or more entities) and controls their access accordingly. Read more

Relationship Management

Relationship management controls a user’s access to entities within the system, the data they can view for those entities, and the functions they can perform against them. This access can cover the functions that are required to be performed by external parties such as agents, lawyers and accountants. Read more

Work Management

Work Management controls the manner by which the business service is invoked, the subsequent ‘flow’ involved in completing it, and the common services that are invoked as part of it. A Work Queue provides each user with a view of outstanding tasks, allowing them to select, update and complete tasks online. Read more

Payments

Verne includes a flexible fee schedule that manages the collection and processing of fees for registry services. Fees and penalties are configured within the workflow and are charged on submission of a business service. It supports Credit Card payments, pre-paid accounts, billing accounts and cash/cheque payments. Read more

Compliance

The Compliance service provides registry administrators with a series of functions to maintain and manage the compliance processes and events that are applied to entities on the register. The service enables the configuration of the business rules and then administers the compliance within the register. Read more.

Correct The Register

Correct the Register allows for an ad-hoc correction of registry data that has been previously approved. Typically changes are due to erroneous data entry, the main goal is to ensure that the data recorded on the register is correct even when viewing historical information. Read more
