The Dashboard’s My Portfolio feature lists all relevant registered items (companies, partnerships, name reservations) that the external logged on user or their organisations has relationship with.
From the list the user can select an item to view and maintain by navigating to its View Details screen.
It is not available to a guest or an internal user.
The widget includes currently registered (active) items as well as de-registered (indicative) items to allow access to a customer’s previously registered items and their history. Pending items that have not been registered yet are not included.
Items are ordered by Registration Date from the most recently registered at the top to the oldest at the bottom.
If there are many items to display, the list is broken into pages. User can select how many items they wish to see per page and Verne will remember user preferences.
The following information is displayed for each item:
Registry Indicator
An icon can be displayed that identifies the register or entity type for the item. For example: COM indicates the Company Register; PAR indicates the Partnership Register.
Name
The name and number of the registered item or previously registered item.
For example: CRAIGS LIMITED (885387548).
This is displayed as a hyperlink.
On selection it displays the item’s details in the ‘View Details’ screen applicable for the register (for example View Company for a Company register).
