You can request access to the Partner Portal from Cherwell

Click on "Request Partner Portal Access"

There are two mandatory fields (highlighted in red with an asterisk). These are;
Summary: High level summary of request
Detailed Description: Provide your name, email and company name.
There are two optional fields;
Client Reference: Free format field that can be used as the client sees fit.
Client Internal ID: Should be populated with the clients internal issue tracking number.
