When requesting a New Feature or and Improvement for either Verne or Magellan, it is important to be as clear and concise as you possibly can be. 

You will need to clearly articulate exactly what the new feature is and why you believe it is required.


Once again, the mandatory fields are highlighted in red.

When requesting a new feature to be developed, it is important to provide as much information as possible.  This would include:

Full details on requirements 

Reason for including

Benefits of a new feature

Once you have provided the required information, then click the "Submit Request" button.


Non Mandatory Fields

The Verne Product impacted (if known)

The Capability impacted (if known)

Client Reference – Free format text field for client use

Client Internal ID – Used for the corresponding client incident number


When all the relevant information has been filled in, click on the Submit button and you will receive a pop up conformation that the request has been logged.


You will also receive an email with all the relevant information on it.
