Verne™ Product Line Model
Within the Product Line Model, there are a set of products which deliver all the registry functionality. Using these products and associated templates allows us to provide focussed enhancements which can be deployed rapidly. The products that make up the Verne™ platform are:

User Management
User Management provides the security to identify, authenticate and authorise access to Verne™. It caters for internal users (staff who work in the registry office) and external users (members of the public with a declared interest in one or more entities) and controls their access accordingly. Work Spaces
Verne™ provides a Work Space for users that allows them to see the status of transactions they have lodged with the registry. The dashboard also allows the registry to push reminders and transaction requests to the user. Frequently accessed services and personalised settings are also managed through the dashboard. For registry staff, the Work Space includes a shared queue for work shared across a team. Read more detail
Registries
Verne™ provides all the Registry IP for different types of registries and the different Entity Types within a register. Registry templates provide a baseline utilising common practice. Within each register template, there are supporting Subject Templates which provide a baseline of business services which match to the register type. E.g. The Business Register template includes Subject Templates for; Companies, Partnerships, Business Names, Business Licences, Trusts and Foundations. Read more detail
Registry Operations
Registry staff have access to tools which enable them to manage the operation of the register. Some relate to the business configuration of the register e.g. Business calendar which defines and publishes the days and times which are working days. Others manage external communications with external users e.g. notification of an approaching filing deadline. The other core operations relate to the look and feel of the register e.g. help configuration and content management. Read more detail
Fees
Verne™ includes a flexible fee schedule that manages the collection and processing of fees for registry services. Fees and penalties are configured within the workflow and are charged on submission of a business service. It supports Credit Card payments, pre-paid accounts, billing accounts and cash/cheque payments. Read more detail
Work Management
Work Management has two discrete deliverables, firstly each registry business service within Verne™ is subject to a workflow process. The workflow controls the manner by which the business service is invoked, the subsequent ‘flow’ involved in completing it, and the common services that are invoked as part of it. Secondly, Verne™ provides an integrated task management system that supports the assignment of tasks and activities to teams and team members. A Work Queue provides each user with a view of outstanding tasks, allowing them to select, update and complete tasks online. Read more detail
Core
Verne™ Core provides the platform for the core services which enables configuration and operation of a registry. It includes capabilities such as Auditing, Versioning, Interface Management, Filings Management, Business Rules Engine and Document Generation.
