The central components of Verne™ are illustrated below.
Verne consumes configuration XML which defines all the aspects of a register. Verne’s core engine uses this configuration to generate and serve up the register applications which are provided to registry users through multiple delivery channels.

These channels include browser-based user interfaces as well as integration APIs – through SOAP and Rest web services – which can be consumed programmatically.
Verne™ reads and writes data into a document database for persistent storage.
The Magellan toolset provides an integrated development environment (IDE) used by Configurators to manage Verne™ configurations.
