Verne Registries is at the heart of what Foster Moore is all about.

Verne provides a feature-rich, fast to deploy, intelligent registries for a range of statutory register types. Verne registries are designed to support the full life cycle of an entity. Formation, maintenance, compliance and removal of an entity are all included.

Support for external users (typically the business or legal community within a jurisdiction) whether they be browser-based users or high volume, machine-to-machine users, via web services, are catered for natively. Internal users within the registry are provided with sophisticated tools that allow them to make decisions, approve or decline applications, and monitor the integrity of their registers. Internal users are also provided with a raft of audit, financial and compliance-based business intelligence tools.

It is common for Verne to be used to support statutory registers. That is to say registers that are required under legislation and that have legal significance in a jurisdiction. Verne excels at providing these registers as it has been designed to ensure strong version control, audibility and transparency of the process (to the appropriate user).

A number of common register types are provided by Verne and more information on those templates are provided from this site. Verne is able to support any register type, either by configuring one of the predefined templates or configuring a new template type.
