live-demo-button

The Dashboard’s Things To Do feature displays a list of applications that the logged in user or their organisations initiated and that were returned for revision by the internal review process.

This enables users to:

Technically speaking this widget includes business service instances where initiator is the logged in user or an organisation they selected and where the service life-cycle status is Revise.

  • Continue a returned application
  • Delete a returned application

Note, the list of applications displayed by this widget is not driven by the relationship of a user/organisation and an entity. A user might not have any relationship with an entity and still be able to start a business service for it (e.g. lodge a document, request authority, register a new entity). As long as a user/organisation is the presenter of the service instance, it will be displayed as a "thing to do" for that user/organisation.

Things to do widget is available to registered external users as well as to internal registry users submitting applications on behalf of a presenter who has lodged a paper document. Internal registry staff can only see application forms that they have started themselves, they will not see any forms initiated by other internal users.

Items are listed in date order of creation, with the most recent being at the top of the screen. If there are multiple items to display, the list is broken into pages. Users can select how many items they wish to see per page and Verne will remember user preferences.
