A team is a collection of internal users who are given the same business-based work, based on their skill set/operational duties, e.g. reviewing company registrations. An internal user can belong to zero or more teams. One team can have zero or more work items allocated to it and can contain zero or more internal users. Being a member of a team does not grant the user any permissions but simply allows them to work on a workflow task that has been assigned to their team.
Team attributes
- Avatar
- Code – a unique code for the team, e.g. TM01
- Name – name of the team, e.g. Registration team

Teams management features
Teams must be designed and seeded before the project goes life. At the moment there is no ability to add a new team on a live register, as the feature that allows to associate a team with a task allocation is not yet delivered. Internal users with appropriate permissions are able to:
- Search teams
- Export teams data into Excel
- View and edit teams details: name, description, status
- View, add or remove users from the team
